Caspar is associate at (r)evolutionary ideas, a berlin based consultancy which integrates strategy, design and participation. His focus lies on engaging polictical actors in ‘out of the box’ policy making.

Caspar holds a Masters degree in Political Science from the Universities of Maastricht, Netherlands and Constance, Germany. He also works for the Mercator European Dialogue, which brings together national parlamentarians from European member states.
